Fishing Trip

We took a trip down to the Kenai Peninsula to a fish camp to do some salmon fishing! We were invited by some friends that live in Wasilla (about 6 hours south of here). Our trip was about a 12 hour drive. All the kids did really well until about the last hour when Olyvia couldn't stand being in her seat anymore.
The drive was BEAUTIFUL! If you live in the part of Alaska where I do, and question why you are here, take a drive down to the southern part of Alaska. That's where it seems all worth it! Just seeing the beauty makes all the doubts fade and you know that this is an awesome place to be.

Steven was exhausted and fell asleep on our boat ride to get the salmon. So cute! Poor kid, he had a really bad runny nose the whole time we were there.
